A4e delivers unique and innovative employability programmes across the UK, and in Israel, France and Germany, and has over twenty years experience in delivering employment services. Over that time we have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise that translates into bona fide results.
We are a £152 million, 3000-strong, global organisation that is focused on innovation, delivery and social change - for the individuals we commit to help, and for the governments we support.
Market-leading results
 We are the UK's largest provider under the New Deal brand, which is the UK's programme to assist unemployed people back into sustainable employment. In the UK alone, we deliver employment training to over 100,000 people every year. Last year we helped 11,000 unemployed people get a new job. Every twelve minutes of every working day we help someone find a job
The vast majority of the people we have helped are from the hardest to reach groups, such as the long-term unemployed, people receiving incapacity benefits, black and ethnic minority groups and the over 50s. We think our results speak for themselves. |
